<p>Ce efecte au trainingurile organizate de Extreme Training?<br />
Nivel de satisfactie al serviciilor oferite de Extreme Training</p>
<p>Am avut curajul sa masuram efectele trainingului. La finalul fiecarui training obtinem feedbackul participantilor.</p>
<p>Am hotarat sa facem mai mult si anume, sa masuram efectele trainingurilor noastre.  Extreme Training a efectuat un chestionar pe un esantion reprezentativ de 122 clienti. <span style="font-weight: bold;">Chestionarul de satisfactie a fost trimis cursantilor din 2007 si 2008 la un interval intre 2 luni si 12 luni post participare la curs.</span></p>
<p>Mai jos gasiti masurate procentual efectele trainingului si metoda de lucru a Extreme Training.</p>
<hr style="width: 100%; height: 2px;" />In primul rand, am fost interesati de<span style="font-weight: bold;"> intervalul de timp in care s-au resimtit efectele pozitive </span> trainingului. Pentru a avea o viziune realista asupra efectelor am inclus in variantele de raspuns varianta &#8220;nu s-au resimtit deloc&#8221;. Astfel participantii au putut aprecia daca trainingul a avut efecte imediate, intr-un interval oarecare sau daca nu a avut efecte deloc.</p>
<p>Rezultatele celor chestionati au fost urmatoarele:</p>
<p>a)    nu s-au resimtit deloc (0%)<br />
b)    imediat dupa training (69%)<br />
c)    cam intr-o luna de zile (27%)<br />
d)    cam in trei luni de zile(4%)</p>

<hr style="width: 100%; height: 2px;" />Al doilea aspect foarte important au fost intrebarile legate de<span style="font-weight: bold;"> formula de training folosita.</span> Este foarte greu sa gasesti aceea linie fina in care teoria si practica sunt imbinate astfel incat sa raspunda nevoilor tuturor participantilor la training. Raspunsurile au fost incurajatoare pentru noi.</p>
<p>Cum apreciati formula de training folosita de Extreme Training?</p>
<p>a)    prea multa teorie (4%)<br />
b)    prea multa practica (4%)<br />
c)    le imbina foarte bine (92%)</p>

<hr style="width: 100%; height: 2px;" />Am fost interesati sa aflam<span style="font-weight: bold;"> directia in care are efect trainingul.</span> Din nou am folosit varianta de raspuns reprezentativa pentru cazurile in care trainingurile nu s-au dovedit inutile. Respondentii au evaluat aria in care a avut loc imbunatatiri, personal sau profesional:</p>
<p>Trainingul m-a ajutat:</p>
<p>a)    nu m-a ajutat deloc (2%)<br />
b)    numai in activitatea profesionala (19%)<br />
c)    numai in activitatea personala (10%)<br />
d)    si in activitatea personala si in activitatea profesionala (69%)</p>

<hr style="width: 100%; height: 2px;" />Un alt lucru evaluat de Extreme Training a fost <span style="font-weight: bold;">durata de timp</span> in care trainingul are efecte.<br />
Consider ca trainingurile organizate de Extreme Training:</p>
<p>a)    nu au efecte deloc  (0%)<br />
b)    au efect numai pe termen scurt (2%)<br />
c)    au efect numai pe termen mediu (18 %)<br />
d)    au efect pe terme scurt, mediu si lung  (80%)<br />

<hr style="width: 100%; height: 2px;" />Ultimul lucru evaluat de Extreme Training a fost <span style="font-weight: bold;">amintirea legata de training post participare.</span> Un numar foarte mare de participanti isi aduc aminte cu placere de participarea la curs conform cifrelor de mai jos.</p>
<p>Mi-aduc aminte de trainingurile la care am participat:<br />
a)    mi-aduc aminte (7%)<br />
b)    mi-aduc aminte cu placere  (93%)<br />
c)    mi-aduc aminte cu regret (0%)</p>

<p>In fiecare zi depunem efort pentru a deveni mai buni. Rezultatele acestui studiu demonstreaza ca efortul nostru a meritat. Am inceput un demers pe care-l vom continua. Valorile noastre (excelenta, integritate si respect) se regasesc in toate demersurile noastre. Dincolo de sanatatea financiara a companiei, cel mai mult ne multumeste multumirea clientilor nostri pe care ii consideram partenerii nostri: dorim sa crestem impreuna si sa oferim servicii excelente. Multumim tuturor cursantilor care ne-au acordat incredere. Promitem ca in viitor sa fim si mai buni, mai performanti, mai devotati si mai atenti la nevoile partenerilor nostri.</p>
